THE JOSHUA GENERATION (TJG) is a Christian Youth Business Consortium registered under the Zimbabwe Youth Council, with the Deputy Minister of Youth, Indigenization, and Economic Empowerment as our Patron.
To raise a generation that will collectively pursue and turn their dreams into tangible realities.
The coordination of the youth around programmes and projects which otherwise would be far difficult to pursue alone, building equity capital through Unit Trusts.
(3) STRATEGIC GOALS
(a) To raise a nationwide Unit Trust AWARENESS campaign well represented at provincial, district, and cell level.
(b) To offer RELIEF assistance to impoverished members.
(c) To create a multifaceted BUSINESS Development Unit (BDU) whose primary objective is to anticipate market needs, develop business models to meet those needs, ensure financing and implementation of national programmes and projects.
All these programmes and projects are implemented whilst ensuring JESUS CHRIST is preached and made the centre of every WILL and DEED.
TJG is managed by
(a) 12 members ADVISORY COUNCIL headed by our PATRON,
(b) a 24 members BOARD OF TRUSTEES headed by the CHAIRPERSON and 12 Provincial Chairpersons and
(c) 84 members NATIONAL SECRETARIAT consisting of seven representatives from our twelve provinces headed by the NATIONAL DIRECTOR and several
(d) INTERNATIONAL COORDINATORS / Ambassadors from 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇨🇦 🇪🇺 🇿🇦 🇨🇳
(6) OLD MUTUAL UNIT TRUSTS
We have a drive to set up 12 provincial Unit Trusts accounts for the financing of our 12 provincial projects through our once off trustee fee of $30 per trustee payable into our CABS Account No. 1005632499 or our Eco-Cash Biller Code 23642, Acc No. 0784954115.
Our projects include our Solar Street Lights project in Masvingo (578 units), and Harare (100 units). Negotiations are underway with several City authorities to replicate this project in Bulawayo, Gweru, Mutare, Chitungwiza, Norton, and Chiredzi.
